Meditation: Short list of benefits

The Chopra Foundation shares an interesting article with us about the many benefits of Meditating. Here is my quick recap:

-decreased blood pressure and hypertension
-lower cholesterol
-reduces stress hormones (cortisol and adrenaline)
-more oxygen to the body
-decreases production of anti aging hormones
-improves immunity
-decreases anxiety depression and insomnia
